Our flapper valves and reed valves are obtained from very thin ribbons of tempered steel, specifically developed for these applications. We have business partnership with market-leading suppliers, such as Sandvik and Voestalpine.

Precision Blanking
Precision steel blanking is one of our top specialization.
Our R&D department studies and designs the cutting dies for all types of products.
Maximum performance is achieved through Bruderer stamping machines, which have been equipped with sensors for the press control management system.
We are able to manage the most critical aspects of the blanking process, thus guaranteeing dimensional tolerances and complex geometries as per customers’ requirements.
Each production phase is carefully studied to allow early detection of material or product defects.
Surface treatments
Tumbling
Tumbling and polishing create noticeable added value in our production process.
As mechanical parts subjected to fatigue, valves are studied and processed as to avoid the formation of microcracks on their surface.
Precise and standardized tumbling processes, with custom-made receipts, allow us to obtain the maximum performance from the components and to guarantee extremely high levels of resistance and durability over time.
We are expert in obtaining residual stress increase during the tumbling phase.

In compressor valve applications, our R&D department is able to support the customer starting from the earliest stages of a project development.
We accurately select the most suitable materials, carry out a co-design activity on piece geometry, design the dies and cut the metal.
We define finishing cycles according to Customer's specifications.
A Bruker X-ray diffractometer allows us to carry out certified measurement tests of residual stress and to achieve the fatigue resistance degree required by the Customer.
